Another reality-tv star is in trouble with the law.
17-year-old Valerie Fairman of Oxford, Pa. faces charges for allegedly assaulting her mother, according to the Daily Local.
Fairman was a cast-member of the MTV show “16 and Pregnant.”
Fairman allegedly punched her mother in the face and pushed her to the floor during an argument back on April 5th.
Authorities say her mother suffered a broken vertebra after the incident.
She was charged by state police and detained at the Chester County Youth Center for several days.
The Daily Local reports that a judge ordered that Fairman be released from detention today and held on house arrest until her next hearing.
