10-Year-Old Boy Shot During Drive-by Shooting

A 10-year-old boy is in critical but stable condition after he was shot during a drive-by shooting in Philadelphia. Police continue to search for the suspect but the intended target in the shooting who fired back at the suspect is in custody. NBC10’s Drew Smith has the details.
