1 Dead, 1 Hurt, After Car Plunges Into River

A car suddenly plunged into the Schuylkill River off of Kelly Drive Tuesday night. The driver was killed and the passenger was taken to the hospital. The passenger was pulled to safety by two coaches with the Penn Charter rowing team. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors talked with one of those coaches, as well as police on the scene.
