1 dead, 2 hurt, including little girl, in shooting in Southwest Philly

A man is dead and two other people are hurt, including a 9-year-old girl, after a shooting in Southwest Philadelphia. Police have confirmed a 23-year-old was shot and killed and a 46-year-old was also shot and is in critical condition. The little girl was in the passenger side of a car with the 23-year-old when she was grazed by a bullet. She is in stable condition.
