1 dead, 1 injured after dump truck allegedly runs off road into South Jersey river

The driver of a dump truck is dead after he crashed into Cohansey River in South Jersey. Authorities say the victim ran off a road in Fairfield Township and slammed through a guardrail. A passenger survived and an investigation is underway.
