Pro-Act Recovery Walks

Beverly Haberle, executive director of the Council of Southeast Pennsylvania, and Fred Martin, a project coordinator, dropped by the NBC10 studio to talk about the Pro-Act Recovery Walks 2018. The event will take place on Sept. 22 to support those struggling with substance use.
