New COVID-19 vaccine rollout hampered by insurance issues

The rollout of the newest vaccine to battle variants of COVID-19 has been hitting snags since it first showed up in pharmacies last week. While many major insurance companies have told health and human services that billing and eligibility computer errors have been fixed, pharmacies in the Philadelphia area are still turning away patients who want the vaccine. NBC10’s Deanna Durante explains.
