Some Pennsylvania Counties Move Into Coronavirus Green Phase; Philly Area Still in Red

Some mostly rural Pennsylvania counties moved into the Green Phase of reopening from coronavirus restrictions on Friday. Some other counties are now in yellow. The counties closest to Philadelphia, however, remain in Red, for now.
