Several Pennsylvania Counties See Increase in Demand for COVID Booster Shots

An FDA advisory panel on Thursday endorsed administering lower-dose booster shots of the Moderna vaccine. The panel will discuss booster shots for the Johnson and Johnson vaccine on Friday. Next week, the FDA will make a final decision on officially authorizing those boosters. Several counties in our area are already seeing an increase in demand for booster shots.
