Joy for Parents and Children as Some Philly Pre-K Students Return to Classrooms

It was back to in-person school Monday morning for young students at 22 Philadelphia schools. NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle reports from the Rising Sun Early Childhood Education Center as joyous Pre-K students and parents arrived for in-person learning.
