Philly's City Council Questions Health Commissioner for Hours Over Vaccine Debacle

Philadelphia Health Commissioner Dr. Thomas Farley faced hours of questions from City Council Friday, after the department gave nearly nearly 7,000 coronavirus vaccine doses to a health provider run by a 22-year-old grad student. NBC10’s Lauren Mayk reports.
