Philly Hits 40,000 COVID-19 Infections

Philadelphia has now topped 40,000 COVID-19 infections and the number is rising more quickly than it was in the summer. NBC10 investigative reporter Mitch Blacher speaks to the city’s health commissioner who says Philly is entering a dangerous time for the virus.
