Philly Fighting COVID CEO Claims He's Received Death Threats After Fallout

‘Philly Fighting COVID’ CEO Andrei Doroshin told NBC News he personally administered coronavirus vaccines without medical qualifications to four of his friends because he didn’t want the vaccines to go to waste.
