NJ Community Act as Surrogates for Coast Guard Grads

Recruits graduating from the U.S. Coast Guard boot camp in Cape May, New Jersey, typically have family on hand to celebrate their accomplishment. But the coronavirus pandemic prevented the public from attending. So the community stepped up to show their support. NBC10’s Ted Greenberg reports.
