New Jersey Gov. Says Billions in Federal Aid May Be ‘Unusable'

Gov. Phil Murphy said Thursday that despite assurances from the federal government that emergency Covid-19 funds would be able to be used to fill gaps, new guidance from the Treasury Department means the state might have to send a large amount of the funding back. NBC10’s Cydney Long reports.
