New Indoor Event Restrictions Negatively Impact Some Philadelphia Venues

Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Health departments agree on the maximum number of people at an outside venue. However, the city has tighter regulations than the state when it comes to the maximum number at an indoor venue. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors spoke to industry leaders on the changes.
