Lehigh County Working to Release Jail Inmates to Prevent Spread of Covid-19

A Lehigh County Council member is putting a plan in place to release inmates from the Lehigh County Jail to stop the spread of the coronavirus in the prison. Inmates would be placed on house arrest. NBC10’s Steven Fisher has the details.
