Federal COVID-19 Testing Site to Open in Philly on Thursday

The federal government plans to open a new COVID-19 testing facility in Philadelphia. Thursday’s opening comes as the city deals with a surge in cases. NBC10’s Lauren Mayk spoke with the health commissioner about the testing site.
