Dr. Farley: You Should Act as If Everyone Has Coronavirus

Philadelphia Health Commissioner Dr. Thomas Farley said Tuesday that Philadelphia had 252 confirmed cases of the new coronavirus. But he added that the scope of the epidemic is so large that there are many citizens who are likely infected that the city doesn’t know about. His advice: Act as if everyone you come in contact with has the disease.
