Delco Barbershop Reopens Despite Coronavirus Shutdown Order

Giovanni’s Barber Shop in Media, Pennsylvania, reopened its doors Wednesday morning despite continuing closure orders aimed at slowing the spread of the novel coronavirus. Masks and temperature checks were in place as locals came in for a haircut, NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle reported.
