Cities Told to Prepare for Coronavirus Vaccine, But Concerns Over Safety Persist

After the CDC told cities across the U.S. to start preparing the distribution of a COVID-19 vaccine by Nov. 1, 2020, Philly’s health czar said making such plans is helpful.
