$908 Billion in COVID-19 Relief Proposed by Bicameral, Bipartisan Group

A bipartisan, bicameral group of Senators and Congresspeople discussed the framework of a proposed COVID-19 relief bill. Sen. Joe Manchin, D-WV, says not assurances have been made by Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., or Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., that this bill could be brought to the Senate or House floor.
