Tips for Holiday Shoppers to Avoid Theft

Police and a former pickpocket have a warning for holiday shoppers, stay off the phone and keep your purse and your wallet where you can see them — in front of you. SEPTA Police Chief Thomas Nestel is also urging travels to be nosy and keep an eye on what’s going on rather than what’s on your phone. NBC10’s Harry Hairston reports.
