Should NJ Do Away With Urban Enterprise Zones?

A new report suggests New Jersey do away with the Urban Enterprise Zones that allows some businesses to sell products with just 3.5-percent sales tax instead of the full 7-percent tax in the rest of the state. But small business owners are afraid the end of the program would take away their competitive edge.
