The average gas price in Pennsylvania hit $4 per gallon and the price in the five-county Philadelphia region hit $4.05 overnight, according to AAA Mid-Atlantic. Both are 13-cent increases in just one day. NBC10’s Randy Gyllenhaal speaks to Villanova’s Dr. Scott Jackson about how fear and uncertainty in Ukraine are driving prices up.
