Tip of the Day Kicks Off National Thrift Week

Philadelphia brings back National Thrift Week, which was first launched before World War I to encourage Americans to be smart about money. The first Tip of the Day is a service called RecycleBank which allows users to earn points to get gift cards to use on everything from coffee to clothes.
