Food Bank Helps Families (and Pets) in Need

The Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry in Prospect Park, Pa. has joined with the Delaware County SPCA to open a pet food bank, allowing owners in need to keep their pets instead of forfeiting them to a shelter.
