Woman Found Bound With Duct Tape in Fairmount Park

It was a shocking discovery Tuesday afternoon when police were told about a woman bound with duct tape, exhausted and possibly sexually assaulted in Fairmount Park. Police believe she was kidnapped and they were on the lookout for her alleged attacker.
