3 Major Water Main Breaks in 2 Weeks

There was another major water main break in Philadelphia on Wednesday. The 48-inch pipe broke at Front and Tioga Streets in North Philadelphia. NBC10’s Terry Ruggles spoke to Philadelphia’s Water Commissioner about the third big break in less than two weeks.
