Try For Our Veterans Race

Athletes are keeping the “memorial” in Memorial Day. The challenge was a triathlon and many just dove right in. The water temperature was a chilly 55 degrees when they jumped in. This is the “Try For Our Veterans Race.” More than 500 racers are taking part in the triathlon in sea isle city. All proceeds benefit the injured marine Semper Fi fund and Sea Isle’s VFW post. Last year they raised $30-thousand dollars.
