That Guy: Robert Hodges

This week's That Guy Profile is Robert Hodges.

This week's profile is Robert Hodges from Phoenixville. Philly fashion guru Sabir Peele tells us why Robert is this week's "That Guy."

What I like about this look.

Robert’s well put together look is appropriate for the fall and with an added coat transitions right into the winter. Pairing the leather boots, wool scarf and wool hat are all pieces that complement each other and have the ability to be dressed up or dressed down.

Where could this outfit be worn?

This look is great for the guy on the go. If you are headed to pick up the kids you would be the "cool dad" or if you were headed to hang out with your friends you would fit in well (and look comfortably, stylish).

Where can you buy this particular look?

Starting for the ground up, brands like Kenneth Cole should be on the top of your list. UGG Australia has recently upgraded their men's collection to feature more leather boots that men would love. Scarves are a great transition and timeless piece to add to your wardrobe. Adding a rugby style scarf to your outfit is a great way to add to that collegiate look without appearing to be an actual co-ed. The Psycho Bunny brand offers great high cashmere and wool scarfs that will last a lifetime. Reach for a driving cap by companies like Stetson and Orvis to keep your head warm during these winter months.

Style Tip?

Since he’s wearing a dress shirt that is a non-button down collar, a V-neck sweater would be the better option than his crew neck. Even though this look is a bit more relaxed, when in doubt always tuck in your dress shirt. If you decide to wear your dress shirt untucked, make sure the length of that shirt is a few inches shorter than your traditional dress shirt. Brands like Ratio Clothing offer dress shirts in a shorter length to wear in a more casual fashion.
