Smart Phone Thieves Target Septa Riders

Police say, between 2008 and 2011 thefts and robberies doubled and 85 percent of the items stolen were cell phones. Thieves are targeting Septa riders especially those with iPhones. NBC10’s Monique Braxton reports the details.
