Singer: ‘Photo ID Law Unfair Burden for Voters?'

Philadelphia City Commissioners Chair Stephanie Singer (D) is investigating how city voters may be impacted by the Pennsylvania photo voter ID law which will be in effect for the Decision 2012 Nov. 6 general election. Singer is studying statistics about the numbers of Philadelphia voters who may have difficulty obtaining the proper ID.
