Raw Video: Bennett Levin Testimony on Deadly Building Collapse

Bennett Levin, a former Commissioner for Philadelphia’s Licenses and Inspections department, testified before Council members who focused their investigative hearings today on best practices. They’re looking at what changes need to be made to prevent deadly accidents like the June 5 building collapse at 22nd and Market Streets that killed six people and injured 13 others.
