Prosecutor: Officer Castro Behaved Like a Common Criminal

Former Philly police inspector Danny Castro might have been stunned and angered over his five year prison sentence, but Assistant U.S. Attorney Louis D. Lappen said Castro behaved like a common criminal and it wasn’t just a temporary lapse in judgment.
