P&K Takes Burgers to Jersey

Rowan University's $300 million redevelopment project, Rowan Boulevard, hopes to create the "quintessential college town," and what college town is complete without a burger joint to call their own? Taking on this essential role are the restaurateurs behind Pub & Kitchen and the Diving Horse—Dan Clark, Ed Hackett, and Jonathan Adams—who will open Prime at the end of 2011.

Griddling grass-fed LaFrieda burgers and serving them with hand-cut fries and milkshakes, the restaurant offers an excellent alternative to dining hall food. We may just need to pull a Rodney Dangerfield and triple lindy our way over to New Jersey. [Meal Ticket]
