Roger Jackson Jr. was named chief executive officer of Arise Academy Charter High School, Philadelphia. The school, set to open this fall, was founded by the Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs Coalition. Jackson most recently was vice president and chief operating officer of the Educational Advancement Alliance Inc.
