Philadelphia Police Merit Commendation Ceremony

Philadelphia’s top cops get recognized for a job well done.This is the department’s Merit Commendation Ceremony. Today they honored more than 71 police officers for outstanding service. The awards are based on outstanding arrests, initiative, and perseverance.
