The Shot: Fado Irish Pub

Around Town’s resident bar fly Sarah Baicker visits Fado Irish Pub to chat with bartender Steven Duggan and learn how to pour a Guinness–the right way. To correctly pour a guinness…Tilt the glass at a 45-degree angle, pull the tap handle back as much as possible, to allow air to get into the drink (this makes it light and creamy). Fill the glass about 3/4 of the way, then top it off after allowing it to sit for about 2 minutes. become a fan on Facebook for the latest news, behind-the-scenes info, and outtakes!
