The Barking Beauty Pageant

On Sunday, May 16, dogs from all over Philadelphia gathered for the Barking Beauty Pageant. After evaluating activewear, glamourwear and talent competitions, judges declared the most beautiful dog of them all was —Sarge, a fifteen-year-old pitbull! All proceeds from the competition were donated to Morris Animal Refuge.
