Parking Lot Attendant Attacked

Surveillance video from EZ-Park on locust street near 13th street in Center City captures the moment when a parking attendant was attacked and struck in the head with a brick. The victim, 30-year-old Asrat Mamo is in serious but stable condition. Coworkers say the victim is a native of Ethiopia and has only been working in the lot for a week. The motive is still unclear.
