Pa. Primary Voting Leaves Some Races ‘Too Close to Call'

Voters appeared (by the low numbers) to have reluctantly turned out for the May 17 Pa. primary election. Most of the local primary races were decided, but some candidates were separated by just a handful of votes on election eve. That means delayed victory declarations in the GOP mayor’s race and several others.
