One Book, One Philadelphia

The Black Pearl Chamber of Commerce performed a concert in honor of the closing of the “One Book, One Philadelphia” program. Mayor Michael Nutter was on hand for the ceremony. One Book, One Philadelphia promotes reading and library use through an annual, featured selection. This year’s selection was The Soloist by Steve Lopez.
