Olney Cop Hit & Run Suspect Surrenders to Police: Cops

After being on the run since Tuesday, 27-year-old Christopher Stegall is finally in police custody and facing a long list of charges, according to Police. Stegall turned himself in to the 35th District late Thursday night. Philadelphia Police Officer George Fox stopped Stegall for a traffic violation. Police say Stegall refused to get out of his car and took off, dragging Officer Fox for about a block. NBC10’s Claudia Rivero reports from Northwest Detectives in Olney.
