First, a Nordstrom store is added to the store roster at the Christiana Mall, and now this: we've just learned that a Nordstrom Rack will be opening in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. According to the Nordstrom Website, the new location is scheduled to open May 5, 2011.
The store will be located within the Towne Place at Garden State Park, behind our beloved Wegman's. For those of you who rarely venture across the Ben Franklin, we promise it's worth the trip: a DSW has already made its home within the complex, and the Cherry Hill Mall is just a short drive away.
There is one Nordstrom Rack in our area, located just behind the King of Prussia Mall on Goddard Boulevard. The store offers Nordstrom items at discounted prices, as well as "special value items" purchased exclusively for Nordstrom Rack. (We usually make a bee-line straight for the King of Prussia store's well-stocked shoe section.)
