Mom, Son Hit With Stray Bullets

Kia Rogers, and her 15-year-old son Dykeem were shot Sunday night during a shooting in the Richard Allen Projects. Both victims are recovering at Hahnemann University Hospital. NBC10’s Cydney Long reports.
