Man Charged in Death of Philly Police Officer

A 48 year-old Levittown man faces murder, homicide by vehicle, DUI and other charges in the death of a veteran Philadelphia police officer. John Leck Junior is hospitalized in stable condition. Police say he was driving the wrong way on Interstate 95 when his vehicle struck and killed 48 year-old officer Brian Lorenzo on his police motorcycle. Lorenzo was off-duty, heading home when he was struck. He died at the scene. He was 23 year veteran on the Philadelphia police force.
