ATV Driver Leaves Crash Scene: Woman

A woman recorded cell phone video of a group of men loading a damaged ATV onto a pick-up truck along Belmont Mansion Drive on May 19th. She claims a man lost control of the ATV and plowed into the back of her car. The men took off before officers arrived. Now the woman says police are telling her it’s a difficult case to solve. The woman spoke exclusively to NBC10’s Claudia Rivero.
