Health Reform Still Hotly Debated on 2 Year Anniversary

President Barack Obama signed the health care reform law, 2 years ago, in March of 2010. He used a Democratic majority in both houses of Congress to muscle the bill through the House and Senate. Republicans and states? rights advocates generally opposed it. After it became law, 26 states, including Pennsylvania, sued to overturn at least part of the affordable care act. Mainly, their aim has been directed at the individual mandate, the part that, beginning in 2014, would require someone who does not have health insurance to buy it.
