Former Top Cop Danny Castro Walks Into Court

The man who wanted to be Philly’s police commissioner one day, gets sentenced to five years in prison for his conspiracy to commit extortion plea. Danny Castro, a former police inspector, walking into court on Tuesday morning, ready to plead his case, along with 15 other witnesses, to stay out of prison.
